The Mipakani Project: LAPSSET Open-Access Knowledge Base

The Mipakani Project is an open-access knowledge base covering the Lamu-South Sudan-Ethiopia Transport (LAPSSET) Corridor and other development initiatives in northern Kenya and bordering countries.  Since the Lamu coal plant is proposed to be constructed within the LAPSSET port area in Lamu, the Mipakani website is resourceful to track the project.
