Video: Lamu Coal Power Project Harmful to People and Animals

A move to approve the 200 billion coal- fired power plant in Lamu by the National Environment and Management Authority (NEMA) and the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC), has being accused by Lamu environmental activists group, Save Lamu.

The Chairman of Save Lamu organization Mohamed Abubakar has insisted that his organization has not been engaged in anyway in the approval of the project by ERC saying that it is a harmful project.
