Gazette Notice 1256: ERC Decision on the Objection by Save Lamu on the Lamu Coal Plant

A gazette notice where the Energy Regulated Commission (ERC) responded to the complaint by Save Lamu and Natural Justice on the Lamu coal power plant.

Energy Act, the Energy Regulatory Commission notified the general public that it received an objection from Save Lamu Natural Justice to the issuance of an electric generation licence to Amu Power Company Limited.
